Tiny Mobile is a subscription service similar to a Netflix account. You pay for your 30 days in advance and at the end of that period, you are billed again. Our billing system is automated, this means that it is run by a computer so it simply does what it is programmed to do.
Because of this we all need to know its rules.
First of all we only use automatic payment methods such as credit card or visa debit. So long as your card authorizes month over month we will never have an issue.
However we do understand that customers will have billing hiccups form time to time so this is how the system treats late payments:
If you came on a free month promo and failed to pay your first bill, you will receive a notice. If you fail to pay within 7 days, your line will be suspended and your number can be lost.
If you have a failed payment on your account, we will notify you 3 times/week of your outstanding balance. After 7 days, if your bill is still unpaid, then your data will be suspended.
If your bill is 30+ days overdue, then your line will be discontinued and your number can be lost.
If you have a failed payment on your account, we will notify you 1 time/week of your outstanding balance. If the balance remains unpaid for over 30 days, your data will be suspended. If any of your invoices reach day 61 and are still unpaid, your line will be discontinued and your number will be lost.
Payment arrangements can interrupt the suspension of data or discontinuation of lines. However, payment arrangements do not stop automated billing, they simply give you more time.
If you have a credit card/debit card that charges NSF fees for failed payment attempts, we strongly urge you to provide a different payment method. Multiple attempts from our automated system can compile NSF fees and we don't want anyone to deal with that.
There is a late payment fee of $5 per month applied to all lines.
